About the RoleIn this role, you will oversee a small caseload of 10-12 foster families located around Croydon, Surrey, Greenwich, and the outskirts of Kent. You will work closely with therapists, other social workers, foster parents, and educational experts to ensure that the children and young people in their care receive the right treatment and support.
Key Responsibilities- Support foster families in providing a stable and nurturing environment for children and young people
- Work closely with therapists and other professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct regular visits to foster families to monitor the well-being of children and young people
- Provide guidance and support to foster parents to help them meet the needs of children and young people
- Collaborate with other agencies and professionals to ensure seamless care and support for children and young people
We offer a competitive salary of up to £39,702 per annum, a £3,000 car allowance, and a hybrid working arrangement that allows for flexibility and work-life balance.
