Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning and Development Manager to lead our dedicated team in designing, developing, and delivering a comprehensive learning and development program. This role is crucial in supporting mandatory training, continuous professional development, and career progression for individuals, teams, and the organization as a whole.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Learning and Development team in creating and implementing innovative learning solutions that meet the evolving needs of our diverse workforce.
  • Develop and manage budgets for learning and development initiatives, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with senior managers across departments to identify training needs and develop tailored programs that align with organizational goals.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in learning and development, incorporating innovative methodologies into our programs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives through data analysis and feedback mechanisms, making continuous improvements to enhance program impact.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in leading and managing a Learning and Development team within a healthcare or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant technologies.
