Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and organized Residential Property Manager to join our team at Worth Recruiting. As a key member of our Property Recruitment Team, you will be responsible for managing residential properties and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring timely and efficient processing of lettings and property management tasks.
  • Provide excellent customer service to landlords and tenants, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Work closely with our Estate Agency team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of property-related tasks.
  • Stay up-to-date with current lettings legislation and regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and tenants, providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our Property Recruitment Team, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive business success.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in residential property management, with a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of current lettings legislation and regulations, with the ability to stay up-to-date with changes and updates.
  • ARLA qualification or equivalent, with a strong understanding of property management principles and practices.
