About the Role

Kingston University London is seeking a highly skilled Capital Projects Manager to lead its successful and award-winning capital projects team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the project management team in delivery, ensuring effective integration of strategies, policies, and decision-making.
  • Work collaboratively with Estates and Sustainability colleagues on matters concerning the estate and operational operations.
  • Develop and oversee property and space management, energy efficiency, biodiversity, and estate-related health and safety matters.
  • Facilitate the University strategy relating to student residential and recreational provision.
  • Implement sustainable practices through choice of methods, materials, and technology.

Requirements:

  • Strong project management, design, and financial management capabilities.
  • Ability to lead the team to ensure effective delivery of projects within agreed budgets, timescales, and design quality.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
