PROPERTY MANAGER – Residential Estate Agency Position

Job Type: Permanent – Full Time

Salary: £34,000 per annum

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Residential Property Manager to join our team at Worth Recruiting, a leading property industry recruitment agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, providing exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including rent collection, property maintenance, and tenant management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct property viewings and showings, ensuring that properties are presented in the best possible light.
  • Prepare and present property reports, including market analysis and rental income projections.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in residential property management, preferably with a reputable estate agency or property management company.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
  • ARLA qualification or equivalent, with a strong understanding of property law and regulations.
