About the Role

Central Bedfordshire Council is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Practitioner to join our Adult Social Care team. As a Senior Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Conditions, and Physical Disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver statutory duties in a manner that prioritizes customer-centered care and support.
  • Provide reflective supervision sessions to colleagues and support team members with everyday practice queries.
  • Chair meetings and deputize for the Team Manager as required.
  • Manage a caseload and provide high-quality, evidence-based care and support.
