Senior Practitioner

Are you equipped with the expertise to contribute to our dynamic and multi-disciplinary Adult Community Assessment Team? This role is crucial in facilitating the daily operations of the team and assisting team managers in enhancing our continuous improvement efforts. Working collaboratively with your colleagues, you will manage a small caseload that includes s42 safeguarding inquiries and complex case management; ensuring timely and appropriate task allocation within the team; and providing supervision, support, and guidance to staff members.

Candidate Profile

Applicants must possess a recognized social work qualification and be registered with Social Work England. A minimum of three years of post-qualification experience is required. Your values should reflect exemplary social work practices and a commitment to professionalism.
