About the Role

The South Locality Community Assessment Team for Older Adults is a highly professional Adult Social Care Team working across the Dunstable, Houghton Regis, and Leighton Buzzard areas of Central Bedfordshire. We are currently seeking a Senior Practitioner to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a small case load including s42 safeguarding enquiries and complex case work
  • Ensure the timely and proportionate allocation of work within the team
  • Provide supervision, support and guidance to staff
About You

You must have a recognised social work qualification and be currently registered with Social Work England. You will also have a minimum of three years post qualifying practice and experience. Your values will demonstrate excellent social work skills in practice and professional pride.
