About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Practitioner to join our Adult Community Assessment Team in Central Bedfordshire. As a Senior Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting and developing the day-to-day operation of the team, working alongside your peers to manage a small case load, including s42 safeguarding enquiries and complex case work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a small case load, including s42 safeguarding enquiries and complex case work
  • Ensure the timely and proportionate allocation of work within the team
  • Provide supervision, support and guidance to staff
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a recognised social work qualification, be currently registered with Social Work England, and have a minimum of three years post qualifying practice and experience. Your values will demonstrate excellent social work skills in practice and professional pride.
