About the Role

Central Bedfordshire Council is seeking a highly skilled Senior Practitioner to join our Children's Services team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable children and families in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a varied caseload of children, visiting families and completing direct work with children to understand their views and lived experiences.
  • Chair multi-agency meetings and liaise with a range of other professionals to support our most vulnerable children.
  • Develop and implement effective interventions to improve outcomes for children and families.
  • Work closely with families to develop their skills and abilities, and provide support to help them achieve their goals.
