Role Overview:

The South Locality Community Assessment Team for Older Adults is a dedicated Adult Social Care Team operating in various regions. We are actively seeking a Senior Practitioner to enhance our team. Senior Practitioner

Are you equipped with the expertise to contribute to our dynamic and versatile Adult Community Assessment Team? This role is essential in facilitating the daily operations of the team and assisting managers in maintaining our commitment to continuous improvement and development of our practices. Working alongside your colleagues, you will manage a small caseload, including safeguarding inquiries and complex case management; ensuring timely and appropriate distribution of tasks within the team; and providing mentorship, support, and guidance to staff.

Candidate Profile

Applicants must possess a recognized social work qualification and be registered with Social Work England. A minimum of three years of post-qualification experience is required. Your values should reflect exemplary social work skills and professional integrity.
