About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Reconciliation Manager to join our Revenue Accounting Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing key reconciliations connected with O2's customer billing, ensuring financial integrity and bringing insight into business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain key reconciliations, including control and clearing accounts, to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Execute month-end accounting, raising journals as necessary, and load balance sheet recs to Blackline tool.
  • Perform monthly SOX controls, resolving and explaining reconciliation items, and loading evidence to Audit-board.
  • Act as main contact for collection bank accounts, dealing with queries and day-to-day issues.
  • Support periodic external audit requests, providing backup and explanations for sample data.
  • Supervise staff, setting objectives and managing day-to-day activities.
  • Work with partners to establish new streamlined reconciliation processes for 360 (new billing platform).
