Senior Computational Biologist

Avanti Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computational Biologist to join our team. As a postdoctoral researcher in computational biology, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in protein design and vaccine sequencing.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and apply computational models and algorithms to design and optimize protein structures and sequences.
- Collaborate with our team of experts to integrate computational biology with experimental approaches to advance our understanding of protein design and vaccine sequencing.
- Design and implement computational pipelines to analyze and visualize large datasets related to protein design and vaccine sequencing.
- Communicate research findings and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through reports, presentations, and publications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in computational biology and protein design, and apply this knowledge to improve our research and development efforts.
- PhD in Computational Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Postdoctoral research experience in computational biology or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or C++.
- Experience with computational tools and libraries such as RFDiffusion, PyMOL, or VMD.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
