Job Title: Data Quality and Analytics Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Quality and Analytics Manager to join our team at Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in revolutionizing our business intelligence service and driving data-driven decision making across the Trust.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of data quality and analytics strategies to support the Trust's strategic goals.

  • Design and deliver data visualizations and insights to inform business decisions and drive operational improvements.
  • Develop and maintain robust data quality improvement plans to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

  • Lead the analytics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of data insights and reports.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop data solutions to meet those needs.
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree in a field such as data science, analytics, or computer science.
  • Proven experience in data quality and analytics, with a strong understanding of data governance and data architecture.
  • Excellent technical skills in SQL, data visualization tools, and data analytics software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to influence and drive change, with a strong focus on delivering results.
