About the Role

Skin Analytics Limited is a pioneering digital health company that has developed the world's first AI-supported Skin Cancer pathway for faster skin cancer diagnosis. Our AI as a Medical Device (AIaMD) is deployed in 13 NHS organisations, and we are leading the way in leveraging AI technology to address the demand and capacity crisis facing Dermatology safely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take a complex product from Minimum Lovable Product (MLP) to growth phase
  • Develop a strategy aligned with the company's vision for this greenfield product
  • Manage clear, thoughtful product requirements and feature descriptions to facilitate efficient and effective team collaboration
  • Collaborate with Product Designers and Researchers to create the best user experience
  • Apply a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches, customer understanding, and product intuition to inform decisions and approach
  • Define and monitor product success metrics using data-driven goals

The Product Function

In this role, you will become a vital member of a dynamic and formidable team consisting of a brilliant Product Designer, three talented Product Managers, and our esteemed Product Director.

Requirements

  • An exceptionally quick learner who can grasp complex technical domains with ease
  • Skilled at prioritising and allocating resources across teams, ensuring timely achievement of milestones with top-notch quality
  • Adept at tackling ambiguous problems and challenging the status quo to create innovative and successful products, backed by a strong instinct for understanding user needs
  • Excellent in both qualitative and quantitative user research, transforming insights into tangible outcomes
  • Effective communication skills, characterised by clarity and conciseness. Proficient in proactive stakeholder management and adapting communication to different audiences
  • A well-rounded product leader with a solid foundation in product management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 7+ years of experience in product management
