Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site IT support to clients, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems, networks, and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage permissions and access control using Active Directory.
- Configure and deploy IT equipment in classrooms and other settings.
- Participate in infrastructure upgrades and maintenance to ensure scalability and reliability.
- Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and stakeholders to ensure seamless IT support.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a 2nd line support role, preferably in an education setting.
- Proven expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Hyper-V, Windows 10/11, and hardware support.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure systems, networking, and IT security.
- Ability to undergo a DBS check and possess a valid driving license.
- Previous experience working in an education setting is highly desirable.
What We Offer:
VIPU Limited offers a competitive salary range of £28,000 - £36,000, depending on experience. We are committed to providing a supportive and challenging work environment that fosters growth and development.
