About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Motor Claims Triage Handler to join our Personal Lines Triage team. As a Triage Handler, you will be the first point of contact for customers making a claim or seeking information on an existing claim.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, listening to customers' needs and directing them to the right team.
  • Gather relevant information from customers to ensure their call reaches the correct team.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing responsibilities and multitasking.
  • Embrace change and support improvements to our customers' journey.
  • Thrive in a digital environment, using software like Microsoft Outlook and Word.
