Motor Claims Adjuster

We are seeking a skilled Motor Claims Handler to join our team at Verisk. As a Motor Claims Handler, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving motor claims in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Investigate Claims: Gather and analyze evidence to determine liability and confirm indemnity.
- Negotiate Settlements: Work with claimants, brokers, and other stakeholders to negotiate fair and reasonable settlements.
- Manage Case Load: Prioritize and manage a high-volume case load to meet monthly targets and maintain high-quality standards.
- Communicate Effectively: Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders via phone, email, or letter.
- Identify Fraud: Proactively identify potential fraud concerns and escalate to management as necessary.
Requirements:
- Understanding of Credit Hire Laws: Familiarity with credit hire laws and rules.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
