About the Role

As a Motor Claims Triage Handler at Aviva, you will be the first point of contact for customers making a claim or seeking information on an existing claim. Your role will be to provide exceptional customer service, gathering relevant information to direct the customer to the right team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Gather relevant information from customers to direct them to the correct team.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes to the motor claims system and processes.
