Job Title: Children's Home Registered Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children's Home Registered Manager to join our team at Dove Adolescent Services. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our residential care home, ensuring that we deliver high-quality care and support to young people in our care.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of young people
  • Lead a team of care workers to ensure that high-quality care is delivered at all times
  • Ensure that the home is run in accordance with relevant legislation, regulations, and organizational policies
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care and make recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with young people, their families, and external agencies
Requirements:
  • Relevant Diploma level 5 or equivalent qualification in childcare or a related field
  • Experience of managing a team in a residential care setting
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of child protection and safeguarding procedures
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, young people, and external agencies
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
