Regional Support Manager

Akari Care is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Support Manager to cover the North East region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting a portfolio of care homes, ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and support across multiple homes in your region.
- Work closely with home managers to ensure smooth operations and top-tier care.
- Conduct regular audits and implement effective action plans.
- Balance empathy with business acumen to drive both resident satisfaction and operational success.
- Level 5 NVQ in Leadership and Management.
- Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN.
- Strong experience in residential, nursing, or dementia care.
- Proven ability to manage multiple sites and lead diverse teams.
- A pragmatic, flexible approach with a passion for delivering results.
- Local to the North East of England.
