About the Role

As a Territory Business Manager at Yopa, you will have the opportunity to build and grow your own business, with full control over your own agenda and supported by the Territory Owner for the area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage your own postcodes and develop a strong presence in your local market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing exceptional levels of customer service and support.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Work closely with the central Yopa team to access fantastic free lead generation, with a focus on quality, and appointments booked in for you.
  • Take advantage of extra financial incentives for self-generated leads and multiple revenue streams to help you diversify your business and income.
  • Set your own commission rates with No Sale, No Fee and enjoy the autonomy to run your own business with flexible hours that fit your existing commitments.
  • Employ your own team and benefit from unique schemes that help you build your business's visibility in the local area.
  • Receive ongoing training and support from the Learning and Development team, mentorship from your Divisional Franchise Director, and regular meetings with fellow colleagues and business owners.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in the world of estate agency, with a proven track record in valuing and listing homes, and the ability to confidently see the buying and selling journey through to completion.
  • Exceptional levels of customer service, with the willingness to help customers outside of 'office hours' and go the extra mile for that sale.
  • A self-starter with the drive to build a long-term business that goes beyond the end of the month or the next paycheck.
