As a Support Worker with Gray Healthcare, you will be part of a specialist team providing individualised support to a young man with complex mental health needs in his own home in Runcorn. Your role will involve supporting him to develop or regain life skills, assisting participation in community life by building strong and trusting working relationships.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a candidate who shares our values and understands the importance of a consistent and empathetic approach, even in pressurised situations. You will need to be a team player with effective communication skills, experienced in using digital records and care plans, and electronic rostering systems. An NVQ/QCF Level 3 or equivalent qualification is required, or you must be willing to work towards it.
