Paralegal - Dispute Resolution

We are seeking a skilled Paralegal to join our Dispute Resolution team in Bath, providing essential support to our lawyers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the management of caseloads, including drafting legal documents and conducting research.
  • Provide exceptional client service, adhering to our Client Experience (CX) principles.
  • Support fee earners in preparing for business development and marketing activities.
  • Contribute to the development of business relationships with third parties, under supervision.
  • Participate in promoting the firm through social media channels and updating the CRM system.
  • Ensure compliance with risk management policies and procedures, including file opening processes and anti-money laundering.
Requirements:
  • Legal qualifications (LLB or CILEx) are desirable.
  • Previous experience in a legal support or administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Strong written communication skills and a good understanding of client relationship management.
  • Ability to undertake basic legal work under supervision and use initiative where required.
