Paralegal - Dispute Resolution

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our Dispute Resolution team in Bath. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential support to our lawyers, handling aspects of file management, client communication, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the preparation and management of caseloads, including drafting legal documents and conducting research.
  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Support the development of business relationships with 3rd parties, including agents, referrers, and experts.
  • Contribute to the improvement of our processes and procedures, identifying areas for efficiency and suggesting solutions.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives, including financial and operational targets.
Requirements:
  • Legal qualifications (LLB or CILEx) and previous experience in a legal support or administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written communication skills and a solid understanding of Microsoft Office suite and other relevant IT platforms.
  • Able to work under supervision and use initiative where required.
