Paralegal - Dispute Resolution

We are seeking a skilled Paralegal to join our Dispute Resolution team in Bath, providing essential support to our lawyers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the management of caseloads, including drafting legal documents and conducting research.
  • Provide exceptional client service, adhering to our Client Experience (CX) principles.
  • Support fee earners in preparing for business development and marketing activities.
  • Attend business development events and promote the firm through social media channels.
  • Update the CRM system and manage client information.
  • Build relationships with third-party contacts, responding to enquiries and building rapport.
Requirements:
  • Legal qualifications (LLB or CILEx) are desirable.
  • Previous experience in a legal support or administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to use initiative.
  • A good understanding of client relationship management and basic legal work under supervision.
