Job Title: Paralegal - Dispute Resolution

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our Dispute Resolution team in Bath. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential support to our lawyers and clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our caseloads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the management of caseloads, including drafting legal documents and conducting research under the supervision of qualified lawyers.
  • Provide exceptional client service, adhering to our firm's Client Experience (CX) principles and ensuring compliance with confidentiality, security, and data protection requirements.
  • Support fee earners in preparing for business development and marketing activities, including attending events and promoting the firm through social media channels.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with clients and third-party contacts, responding to enquiries and building a good rapport.
  • Contribute to procedural changes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Legal qualifications (LLB or CILEx) are desirable.
  • Previous experience in a legal support or administrative role is essential.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written communication skills and a solid understanding of client relationship management.
  • Ability to work under supervision and use initiative where required.
