Dispute Resolution Paralegal Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dispute Resolution Paralegal to join our team at The Ten Percent Group. As a key member of our litigation department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our fee earners and contributing to the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Opening and managing files in accordance with our firm's procedures
  • Attending client meetings and taking accurate notes
  • Liaising with clients, fee earners, and other relevant parties to ensure seamless communication
  • Preparing documents and applications under supervision
  • Conducting legal research as required
  • Preparing court bundles and assisting at court hearings
  • Maintaining accurate records and providing administrative support
  • Assisting other fee earners and undertaking ad hoc duties as needed
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working in a litigation department, with a minimum of 12 months' experience
  • Strong knowledge of the litigation process from start to finish
  • Excellent communication and team working skills
  • Demonstrable organizational skills and attention to detail
