About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Representative to join our team at Mitchell Maguire, a specialist Construction Recruitment Consultancy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling plastic building products to a variety of clients, including general builders, commercial contractors, and plumbing merchants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell plastic building products, such as fascias, guttering, cladding, decking, and roofing materials, to clients across the region.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Work closely with the Area Manager and Sales Director to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, responding to their needs and queries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in construction sales, with a strong understanding of the plastic building products industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong knowledge of the construction industry, including general builders, commercial contractors, and plumbing merchants.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving sales targets.
  • Computer literate and proficient in using sales software and other technology tools.
