**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Mitchell Maguire, a specialist Construction Sales Recruitment Consultancy. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling a range of plastic building products to trade customers, including fenestration contractors, main contractors, and developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the branch manager with the day-to-day running of the branch, including producing quotes for customers and organizing product deliveries.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all customers receive a high level of service.
- Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure that products are delivered to customers on time.
- Develop and maintain relationships with trade customers, including fenestration contractors, main contractors, and developers.
- Assist with the sales and marketing of plastic building products, including soffits, fascias, trims & sills, guttering, cladding, roofing, drainage, and windows & doors.
Requirements:
- Must have sales or management experience working within a branch.
- Must have experience within the construction industry.
- Ideally will have experience with plastic building products, including soffits, fascias, trims & sills, guttering, cladding, roofing, drainage, and windows & doors.
- Ideally will have a forklift license, but this is not essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Outgoing, enthusiastic, and confident personality.
- Comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a team.
