Senior In-House Professional Indemnity Counsel

**Job Summary**
Taylor Root is seeking a highly skilled Senior In-House Professional Indemnity Lawyer to join our team in London. As a key member of our Risk and Compliance department, you will work closely with the Head of Risk and Compliance to manage the firm's insurance arrangements and handle claims and complaints against the firm.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the renewal of the firm's insurance arrangements, including completing proposal forms, preparing presentations to insurers, and providing information requested by the firm's insurance brokers.
- Manage all claims and potential claims against the firm, including investigating and responding to complaints.
- Support the Regulatory and Insurance team in London with the renewal of the London office insurances and global travel insurance.
- Prepare and/or update policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide general support to the Risk and Compliance team and the General Counsel.
**Requirements**
- Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with at least 5 years' experience in litigation or managing claims in a law firm and/or insurance company.
- Experience in insurance and a strong interest in professional indemnity claims.
