About the RoleCapeClarke is seeking an accomplished Senior Professional Indemnity Solicitor to join our esteemed team. This role is pivotal as you will not only manage professional indemnity cases but also lead a dynamic department within our prestigious firm.
As a key player in our organization, you will engage in complex insurance litigation, focusing on a variety of professional indemnity matters. Your expertise will be essential in handling cases related to solicitors, independent financial advisors, and construction professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of legal professionals in the realm of professional indemnity.
- Manage intricate insurance disputes, including Directors' and Officers' liability and policy coverage issues.
- Oversee a diverse portfolio of financial lines and professional lines cases.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience as a UK Qualified Solicitor or CILEX qualified.
- Proven experience in defending claims against professionals and construction clients.
- Strong background in managing teams and supervising legal staff.
