The Position
The firm is looking to recruit a Senior Professional Indemnity Counsel to join their team.
The firm currently has a vibrant commercial litigation group, led by a highly respected Partner.
This team has recently undertaken several notable cases, often representing defendants. It is common for the firm to engage in matters against larger city practices.
The firm aims to establish a dedicated Professional Negligence department.
With a growing number of instructions driven by referrals and new inquiries, the expectation is that the new hire will develop a specialized department in collaboration with the esteemed litigation partner.
Candidate Requirements
- You will be a Professional Indemnity Lawyer with a minimum of seven years of post-qualification experience (PQE), with no upper limit on experience.
- You should be capable of working independently.
- Experience in business development is essential.
