A leading utility organization is seeking a skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with extensive experience in the Construction sector to engage in a rewarding and dynamic role.

Position Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Construction

Employment Type: Ajilon Consultant

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Compensation: £46,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement the recruitment strategy for the client's gas utilities division within the Construction field.
  • Enhance Employer Branding initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management and hiring teams, influencing the talent acquisition approach.
  • Develop creative sourcing methods to attract a diverse range of candidates through various channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications departments to strengthen the employer brand.
  • Leverage data and analytics to monitor recruitment performance and refine processes.
  • Ensure adherence to regulations and remain informed about trends in talent acquisition.
  • Promote a candidate-focused approach, ensuring positive experiences for all applicants.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior recruiters, fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in talent acquisition within the construction industry.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the construction and engineering sectors, including regulatory aspects.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with a background in utilizing data to guide recruitment strategies.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
