Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join our client's team in Sheffield. As an IFA Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial planning team with administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process new business applications for key financial products, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Submit transaction and trade requests, including fund switches on and off platform, to meet business needs.
  • Obtain illustrations and product literature to support client meetings and business decisions.
  • Acquire client portfolio valuations to maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare annual review packs for client meetings, ensuring all necessary documentation is included.
  • Act as a key point of contact for financial planners and clients, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Liaise with product providers to resolve queries and ensure seamless business operations.
  • Action LOAs (Letters of Authority) to facilitate business transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of clients' financial situations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Essential: IFA/financial planning administration experience, with a strong understanding of financial services and regulations.
  • Desirable: Experience with Intelligent Office, knowledge of provider platforms, and high organizational skills.
