As a Retail Operations Leader, you will deliver an unparalleled level of personalized service to our clientele, utilizing your extensive product and brand knowledge to inspire and exceed customer expectations. A genuine passion for beauty and a commitment to providing a world-class client experience are essential. You will mentor and develop your team, uphold brand standards, and ensure all operational tasks are executed efficiently. This position offers eligibility for both basic and enhanced commission on sales, along with a retail incentive scheme and a generous employee discount on products. Key Responsibilities.

  • Deliver a luxury shopping experience to all customers, showcasing exceptional product knowledge and expertise in beauty.
  • Confidently demonstrate and apply products to customers while making tailored recommendations to achieve sales targets.
  • Drive and meet individual and team objectives, taking accountability for your sales results and KPIs.
  • Stay passionate about industry trends and developments.
  • Proactively enhance your product knowledge through brand information, educational materials, and training sessions.
  • Engage with clients to foster customer loyalty.
  • Communicate with clients regarding new products, ranges, and in-store events.
  • Plan and execute in-store events in collaboration with the store and brand representatives.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising by ensuring displays are clean and organized.
  • Exhibit exceptional personal grooming in accordance with company policies.
  • Assist with stock management and other operational duties.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador by positively promoting the product and company image.
  • Lead by example to support and mentor the Beauty Ambassadors.
  • Collaborate with the store management team.
  • Build strong relationships with brand representatives.
  • Participate as a team player in all activities to achieve store objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Champion our company culture and values.
