HR Transformation Lead - Consultancy

We are collaborating with a reputable and innovative Boutique Transformation Consultancy. In response to increasing demand and business expansion, our client is seeking a seasoned HR Transformation Lead to join their team and spearhead client projects. This role involves overseeing teams on both the client side and among consultants across various HR transformation initiatives and work-streams. The ideal candidate will possess a consultancy background and demonstrate comfort in navigating uncertainty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct the development and execution of a new HR operational framework for the organization.
  • Evaluate the existing HR function and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.
  • Create a future-oriented HR operational model that aligns with the organization’s strategic objectives.
  • Design and establish new HR workflows and protocols.
  • Identify and implement HR technology solutions that facilitate the new operational framework.
  • Craft and deliver change management communications to ensure employees are well-informed about the transition to the new operational model.
  • Oversee the budget and timeline for the HR transformation project.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing HR operational frameworks.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR workflows and protocols.
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies.
  • Exceptional project management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze intricate data and discern patterns.

The successful candidate will ideally be based in London and possess the flexibility to travel on a hybrid schedule, spending two days a week in the London office, when not engaged with clients. Given that clients may be located globally, the ability to manage time across different time zones is advantageous.
