L'Oréal is seeking a Dermatology Medical Representative to champion our renowned skincare portfolio, including CeraVe, La Roche-Posay, and Vichy.

In this role, you will be responsible for educating healthcare professionals about the benefits of our innovative products and fostering strong relationships within the dermatology community.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Drive regional sales targets by implementing strategic activities tailored to your assigned territory.
  • Develop a comprehensive Territory Action Plan outlining key objectives and initiatives for success.
  • Collaborate closely with your Medical Relations Manager to align on clear goals and strategies.
  • Cultivate relationships with influential healthcare professionals, identifying potential speakers for educational events.
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge across the CeraVe, La Roche-Posay, and Vichy ranges.
  • Stay informed about current trends and developments within the dermatology landscape, adapting your approach accordingly.
  • Embrace a flexible work style, seamlessly transitioning between virtual and in-person interactions as needed.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

Your Qualifications:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of success in medical sales, ideally within the skincare industry.
  • Have experience organizing and delivering impactful large-scale medical educational events.
  • Exhibit strong IT proficiency and comfort with digital tools.
