About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dermatology Medical Representative to join our team at L'Oréal. As a key member of our National Medical Detailing team, you will be responsible for promoting our skincare products, including CeraVe, La Roche Posay, and Vichy, to healthcare professionals across your territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, GPs, and pharmacists to educate them on our products and maximize recommendations and prescriptions.
  • Identify and network with key stakeholders in the dermatology community to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments.
  • Deliver high-quality presentations and training sessions to healthcare professionals to promote our products and services.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective territory management and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in medical sales, with experience in dermatology and skincare products.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare environment and commercial implications for pharma and dermo-cosmetic companies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and sales performance.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the skincare industry.
