About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dermatology Medical Representative to join our team at L'Oréal. As a key member of our National Medical Detailing team, you will be responsible for detailing CeraVe, La Roche Posay and Vichy products to healthcare professionals across your territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a territory plan to achieve sales targets and increase market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including dermatologists, GPs, and pharmacists
  • Provide product training and education to healthcare professionals on CeraVe, La Roche Posay and Vichy products
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
Requirements
  • Medical sales background with proven track record in driving success
  • Experience in delivering large medical educational events
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of the healthcare industry
