About the Role:

Gattaca PLC is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting regular vacancy update calls with hiring managers to ensure a thorough understanding of the role profile
  • Undertaking pre and post-interview discussions with managers and coordinating the feedback process
  • Acting as the conduit between the client's hiring manager community, HR, sourcing functions, suppliers, and brand management
  • Debriefing with line managers following interview to gather views and feedback on fit and interview technique
  • Proactively targeting passive candidates in the market and building talent pools for the future
  • Maintaining a good understanding of the aerospace talent market and competitive awareness
  • Promoting the client brand in the market and managing internal applicants
  • Conducting first telephone screen candidate applications for internal vacancies and liaising with the wider TA team effectively to maximize time spent on proactive recruitment

Requirements:

  • Experience in the full recruitment cycle within a talent acquisition, MSP, or RPO environment
  • Able to adapt interview style to the level of role and the line manager's requirements
  • Ability to communicate and build rapport with a wide variety of managers from different business areas
  • Organized and efficient at maintaining records on CRM systems
  • Demonstrate ability to multi-task and be creative
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Highly motivated individual who displays initiative
