About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Digby Morris Executive Search & Talent Acquisition. As a leading consultancy firm, we provide expert advice in Cost Management and Quantity Surveying, Project Management, and Contracts Administration to a diverse range of clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take on projects at various stages, from inception to completion, with a focus on high-end residential market projects.
  • Conduct tender analysis and reporting, preparation of contracts, and regular cost reporting.
  • Assess contractor variations, applications, and final account negotiations.
Requirements
  • Desirable experience in PQS, with a strong understanding of Cost Planning, Bill of Quantities, and Post-Contract QS Duties.
  • Hold a full UK driving license and a relevant Quantity Surveying degree.
