**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join our team at Reply, Inc. as a key member of our Salesforce delivery team. As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our services in an agile and efficient manner, keeping our teams on track with project timelines, costs, and risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project plans and project management systems, ensuring good project discipline and adherence to agreed timelines.
- Lead and motivate a multi-skilled delivery team, focusing on Salesforce implementation and Mulesoft application integration projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and liaison to client subject matter experts.
- Employ relevant business change and project management methodologies to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Computer Science, or an IT-related field.
- At least 2-3 years of digital project management experience with exposure to agile methodology.
- Strong experience delivering digital projects in complex environments, maintaining good project discipline, and deploying both waterfall and agile techniques as required.
- Relevant Salesforce project delivery experience is a strong asset.
- Experience delivering projects with a focus on Digital Change Management.
