About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employment Advisor to join our team. As an Employment Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting individuals to improve their employment prospects and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with programme participants on a 1:1 basis to understand and meet their individual needs
  • Develop personal action plans to support movement towards and into sustainable employment
  • Work closely with the local community and employers to identify employment opportunities and support referrals onto the programme
  • Enable participants to develop valuable work-based skills and gain knowledge
  • Provide supportive and understanding guidance to participants, dealing with any issues that may arise
