About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employment Advisor to join our team. As an Employment Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting individuals to achieve their employment goals and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement personalized employment plans to meet the needs of our clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local employers to identify job opportunities and promote our services
  • Provide guidance and support to clients to help them develop the skills and confidence needed to secure and maintain employment
  • Work closely with our project manager to ensure the successful delivery of our employment program

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience of working with vulnerable individuals and groups
  • Knowledge of the local job market and employment opportunities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
