Job Summary
This role is part of our efforts to deliver our mission and support individuals in achieving their career goals. As an Employment Guidance Specialist, you will work closely with our Project Manager to provide guidance and support to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide employment guidance and support to clients to help them achieve their career goals
- Work closely with the Project Manager to develop and implement employment programs
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a comprehensive approach to supporting clients
- Conduct regular assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized plans
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness to inform future improvements
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of employment guidance principles and practices. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex information to clients.
