About the Role

As a key member of the Employment Team at Groundwork, you will be responsible for engaging with programme participants on a one-to-one basis, building strong relationships to understand and meet their individual needs. You will develop personalized action plans to support participants in achieving their employment goals, working closely with the local community and employers to identify opportunities and provide valuable work-based skills and knowledge.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills, able to adapt to different situations and communicate effectively at all levels. You will be confident in your ability to positively engage and motivate people from a wide range of backgrounds, and have a strong understanding of the local community and employment landscape.
