About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Employment Advisor to join our team at Groundwork. As a key member of our Employment Team, you will work closely with our employment programme participants, establishing and maintaining excellent relationships to understand and meet their individual needs.
You will develop personal action plans that enable movement towards and into further sustainable employment, working in a friendly and busy employment team environment to ensure programme performance targets are consistently achieved.
This Role Requires
- Confidence to positively engage and motivate people from a wide range of backgrounds
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to different situations
- Ability to communicate effectively at different levels
About You
