About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Eastern & Midlands Construction team based in Solihull. The successful candidate will be working on a project located in the North West area of Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate construction projects to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  • Prepare and submit reports, including progress updates and financial analyses.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in a construction environment.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
