  • Take a structured and proactive approach to employer management - governance & engagement.
  • Reactive issue/complaint resolution including high quality, expedient resolution and root cause analysis.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Excellent client relationship management skills - working with large workplace clients.
  • Proactive relationship management skills - identifying opportunities to support the employer in areas such as engagement or wellbeing.
  • Excellent report writing skills.
  • Competent with a wide range of Windows-based applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.)
